Candlelight Club Cocktails
CANDLELIGHT QUARANTINI
Ingredients:
2 oz/60 ml of Absolut Vodka
.25 oz/7 ml of Granville Island OSAKE - Junmai Ginjo Genshu Sake
2 Drops of Apothecary Heliotropic Bitters
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a glass/container (mixing glass, mason jar, etc.) and top with plenty of ice.
Stir for about 30 seconds
Strain liquid into a chilled glass (martini or coupe would be preferred but not necessary)
CANDLELIGHT MULE
Ingredients:
2 oz/60 ml of Absolut Juice Apple
1/2 Lime cut into four pieces
4 oz/12 ml of Ginger Beer
Cinnamon Stick
Method:
Pour Absolut Juice Apple and Lime pieces into a mason jar.
Muddle together until the Lime has released all it’s juices
Top with ice
Seal mason jar and shake vigorously for approx 15 second
Remove lid and top with Ginger Beer
Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick
CANDLELIGHT STRAWBERRY SOUR
Ingredients:
2 oz/60 ml of Absolut Juice Strawberry
.5 oz/15 ml of Honey Syrup *
.75 oz/22 ml of Lemon Juice
White of one egg
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (or mason jar could work)
Seal and shake vigorously for approx ten seconds without ice
Open container, add ice, and reshake for 20 seconds
Strain out liquid into glass (a cocktail coupe would be preferred but not necessary)
